  • This role plays a key role in managing and optimizing inventory across Dashing Diva's B2B and B2C channels.
  • This position is responsible for monitoring inventory health, identifying supply risks, and supporting demand-driven replenishment decisions to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
Job Description
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across B2B and B2C channels for multiple retail partners
  • - Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to out-of-stock (OOS), low inventory, and overstock situations
  • - Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support accurate demand forecasting and replenishment planning
  • - Partner with Planning and SCM teams to recommend forecast adjustments based on
  • demand changes, promotions, and new product launches
  • - Review weekly logistics and OTIF performance reports; investigate non-compliance and drive
  • corrective actions
  • - Act as a cross-functional liaison between SCM, Logistics, Sales, and retail partners to resolve
  • inventory and shipment issues
  • - Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, contributing insights on inventory health
  • and demand risks
  • - Maintain item master data, safety stock levels, and inventory parameters in ERP systems (NetSuite)
  • - Track and report key SCM KPIs including OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Turnover, and Weeks of Supply (WOS)
  • - Identify process inefficiencies and support system improvements or automation initiatives
  • - Lead or support SCM-related projects and provide guidance to junior team members
Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning
  • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and logistics data
  • - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • - Proficiency in ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
  • - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • - Strong organizational and project management skills
  • - Bilingual Korean/English is preferred
