Travel Outpatient Pharmacist – Community Health Center (13–26 Week Assignment)

Position Type: Contract (13–26 weeks)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with a potential for flexible scheduling
Location: Community Health Center (On-site housing provided)


Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Travel Outpatient Pharmacist to join a community-focused health center for a 13–26 week assignment. This role is ideal for pharmacists who are passionate about improving access to care in underserved populations while enjoying the flexibility and benefits of travel assignments.

The pharmacist will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with providers, nurses, and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
