Job Description

The Software Integration Engineer will provide customer support for HPC software to enable High Performance Computers to continue to run in operations, and support the range of UNIX, LINUX, Windows Systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required in support of the mission. Proficient with the following (as specific position requires):

  1. Linux Shell scripting
  2. Object Oriented Programming Language (C, C++, Java)
  3. Python Programming
  4. GCC compiler
  5. Multi-threaded software
  6. Parallel processing
  7. CORBA, J2EE
  8. Perl or JavaScript
  9. Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools
  10. Structured troubleshooting skills

System installation and working with HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software


Education/Experience:

8 years demonstrable experience (with a degree, or 13 without) with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.


Salary: $150,000-$167,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
