The Pharmacy Manager advances care through centralized distribution and decentralized medication cabinets, aligns with bar-code medication administration and clinical decision support, and partners on rounding to deliver timely therapeutics and consultative pharmacotherapy that improves outcomes and patient experience.
The Pharmacy Manager typically reports to a Director of Pharmacy executive while partnering closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, medical staff leadership, and quality and safety teams.
