ERP ANALYST

Hydrite is seeking an Operations Analyst to serve as the functional expert for the supply-chain footprint of Infor M3: demand planning, MRP, forecasting, procurement, inventory management and distribution. You will translate supply-chain business requirements into stable, well-governed M3 configuration and process improvements, partnering closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Procurement SMEs while supporting day-to-day transactions. Success requires strong communication, active listening, persistence, and self-management to turn complex supply-chain problems into simple, reliable solutions that move the metrics that matter.

The Operations Analyst will be expected to guide partners/stakeholders towards the appropriate, scalable, and highest quality solutions; manage the delivery of those solutions; and ensure appropriate post-launch planning and execution including, but not limited to live site support, support for any handoffs and documentation of processes. This role will leverage process-driven, analytical, technical, and financial management skills to create and maintain supply-chain solutions within Infor M3 and connected systems. The position works collaboratively across operations, customer service, procurement, and IT to help improve the management of supply-chain business processes.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Problem solves business challenges by analyzing and developing sustainable & flexible solutions that can be maintained through business intelligence tools and reports.
  • Ability to identify and create a business process, which is a formalized set of tasks and activities that helps accomplish specific business objectives.
  • Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to an organization's business processes to improve overall organization performance.
  • Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in specialization.
  • Follow project management methodology, best practices, and tools, including developing project charters, defining requirements, planning, scheduling, risk assessment, budgeting, organizational change management, project control and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize strategic supply-chain projects so that they deliver optimal business value and are well-aligned with Hydrite's business strategy and goals.
  • Involved in the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and integration of new, modified, and/or enhanced supply-chain ERP solutions and automations.
  • Serves as a functional subject-matter expert and single point of contact for supply-chain system questions, providing live-site/tier 2–3 support and supporting master-data setup, migration, and reconciliation.
  • Configure core M3 supply-chain programs, including settings, sorting orders, views, and function controls.
  • Open and manage Infor Support cases and track Knowledge Base articles and CloudSuite monthly update release notes that affect supply-chain processes

REPORTING STRUCTURE

  • This position reports to the Director of Business Transformation

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2–4+ years in ERP functional/business analysis or implementation with a supply-chain focus; Infor M3 preferred (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics also considered).
  • Data & reporting: Advanced Excel, and Power BI (or similar) to turn supply-chain data into actionable insight.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must have clear written and spoken communication, active listening, and collaboration across Operations and IT; persistence and strong self-management, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Systems thinker who documents well, owns outcomes, and balances speed with stability and compliance.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP, ISM CPSM, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Chemical, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience.
  • Familiarity with EDI order/ship/invoice flows and integration concepts (ION/BODs, APIs).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to work on a computer for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to lift 45 pounds on occasion.
