Pharmacy Nurse ( LPN/RN )
We are currently accepting applications for a Pharmacy Nurse ( LPN or RN ) within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives on organization, accuracy, and playing a key role behind the scenes to ensure safe, effective medication management for our residents.
This position requires dedication to a job well done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude. Must enjoy working with our residents and families while collaborating closely with the clinical and pharmacy teams.

  • Identify, report, and help resolve medication discrepancies or variances
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to pharmacy services
  • Support nursing staff with medication-related needs and processes
