  • Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm | no call
  • 16 - 20 patients per day
  • Geriatric primary care clinic setting
  • Well-visits, preventative care, chronic disease management
  • Immunizations, lab & testing included in scope
  • Coverage ongoing until permanent provider is hired
  • Hospital privileges required
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
