Business Development Representative

What You'll Do
  • Identify and engage potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and research.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the outside sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progress in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting bookings.
What You Bring
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging prospects in a consultative manner.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
