Job Summary
The OnBase Senior System Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions, configuring applications, developing use cases, executing test plans, and delivering software solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Customer Communications Management (CCM), Document Archiving/Imaging systems, and middleware technologies. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design solutions using sound architectural concepts and configure applications for ECM, CCM, and Document Archiving/Imaging systems.
• Develop and execute use cases and test plans to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Implement and support software solutions using OnBase, Kofax, Quadient Inspire, or similar platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure solution alignment.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for system improvements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including solution design, application configuration, and testing.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Customer Communications Management (CCM), and Document Archiving/Imaging software implementations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication, analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with IIS, Windows Server environments, SQL Server databases, XML, Web Services, WebSphere, Tomcat, and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with Team Foundation Server, SourceSafe, CVS, or SVN.
