Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Imaging Services Supervisor, you will thoughtfully oversee all specialized, administrative, and regulatory operations, ensuring seamless and patient-centered service delivery.
Every day, you will champion your team, proactively advocating for their needs, ideas, and concerns directly to leadership. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, you will adeptly navigate challenging conversations and serve as a dedicated educator, utilizing every interaction to enhance understanding of patient, staff, and organizational needs.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate both competence and confidence, effectively managing your team through clear communication, robust performance management, strategic hiring, and comprehensive training initiatives.

  • Supports diagnostic imaging services in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Adopts and applies methods to measure, sustain and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services and improve patient experience.
  • Supervises assigned personnel through performance management, qualified staff selection and training, and effective communication.
  • Supports the activities to promote a safe environment in diagnostic imaging for patients, staff and the public.
