Position:Sales Assistant, Hydro Flask

Department:Sales for Hydro Flask

Work Location:Bend, OR Hybrid or New York, NY (work 3 days onsite)

Hybrid Schedule:At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with theoptionto work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Any updates to this model will be communicated in advance. Please note that hybrid eligibility and schedules may vary based on business needs and manager expectations.

What you will be doing:

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Home & Outdoor Sales Team with a primary focus on Amazon.com. In this role, you willbe responsible forsupporting Hydro Flask and will play a key role in managing and executing initiatives tied to the Amazonaccount. Youwill proactively provide merchandising support to launch new products on Amazon.com and drive sales of existing items. You will also coordinate key strategic programs to deliver results, enhance online shopping experience, and help grow our eCommerce business.

  • Basic understanding of online sales, merchandising, and promotional strategies, with a willingness to learn how to analyze performance metrics.

  • Ability to think critically and review account performance,identifytrends, and collaborate with managers to uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Strong communicationskills and an ability to build andmaintainpositive relationships with key accounts and internal teams.

  • Capable of investigating and resolving issues such aspurchaseorder errors with accuracy and persistence.

  • Ability to work closely with marketing, creative, and brand teams to ensure alignment across digital materials; supports the execution of online marketing calendars and promotions.

  • Detail-oriented and able to conduct audits of retail partner sites to ensure product information isaccurateand well-presented.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Proficient withMSOffice.

  • Strong communicationskills in both verbal andwritten,listening skills.

  • Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of sales strategy and support

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Four-Year College or University in Related Field/Profession.

  • 2+ years' experience in a related field.

  • Experience with Amazon.com Vendor Central or Seller Central.

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle.

In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $24.00 - $30.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York and may notbe applicableto other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just onecomponentof the total compensation package for employees.
