Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant 
Part-Time | $23 per hour | Shift: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Boston Logan International Airport

Looking for a rewarding part-time role in a dynamic and professional environment? Join the Huntleigh USA team as an Administrative Assistant  and play a key role in supporting our field operations and HR processes!

Position Description:

This position reports directly to the General Manager and includes a variety of administrative and personnel-support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review new hire and termination paperwork for completeness

  • Submit new hire documents, terminations, and personnel change forms to corporate HR

  • Process employment verifications through corporate HR

  • Enter time and attendance data for payroll

  • Maintain office supplies and manage daily office needs

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned


Skills Required:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization


Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma preferred

  • 2–5 years of office experience in a corporate setting

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience

  • HR experience is a plus, but not required
