· Confidently sell against lower-cost competitors through value-based conversations

· Own the sales process from initial prospecting through contract close

· Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals with clarity and confidence

· Lead closing conversations with support from operations as needed

· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and influencers

· Support select existing accounts (approximately 20%) while prioritizing new business growth and without reducing focus on new business development

· Manage a multi-state territory with approximately 25% travel

Experience

· Proven success in B2B hunting roles with responsibility for prospecting, qualifying, and closing

· Experience selling and closing $50,000+ project-based solutions

· Background in construction materials, industrial coatings, flooring, industrial services, or engineered solutions

· Weekly pipeline reviews and forecast updates

· Maintaining consistent prospecting activity regardless of active project volume

· Accurate forecasting and proactive communication with leadership
