RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Developer in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities may include:
* Provide daily support of ITSM tools; Including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration
* Gather business requirements for each module of the system from functional teams
* Develop system testing procedures
* Build or update documentation to ensure standard procedures and knowledge transfer
* Troubleshoot issues
* Development of workflow, JavaScript routines and other configuration and customization of the system per business requirements
* Maintain communication with management and customers II-Offshorearding status of the system
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or other IT related
* 0-1 years of experience using ITSM systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.)
* Experience developing with JavaScript, XML, HTML
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
