Primary Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using modern scheduling tools,

  • Oversee submittal and change order tracking, monitor project performance against established goals, and work closely with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, operations, and business development to maintain schedule and quality objectives.
  • Proactive problem-solving, risk management, and thorough documentation of scope changes and approvals are essential to success in this position.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the nuclear, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in nuclear power operations, spent fuel management, or dry cask storage loading campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of ALARA principles, radiation protection, and nuclear site work controls.
  • Strong understanding of scope management, risk analysis, and schedule integration across multi-site projects.
  • PMP certification preferred; additional credentials such as PE, CCM, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are advantageous.
