Job description

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY (In-office 4x per week)
Company: Kizen, www.kizen.com
About Us
Kizen's Platform, AI Agents & True Context Technology (TCT) power millions of mission-critical experiences for leading organizations in highly regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services).
Our platform helps organizations automate the workflows that matter most - from helping insurance agents manage contracting and commissions, to enabling healthcare providers to deliver proactive patient care, to empowering financial institutions to classify documents and extract data automatically.
And that's just the beginning. With Kizen, developers can build new enterprise applications and impactful AI agents, while business users can customize dashboards and agents using natural language, low-code, or code - all on the same platform.
What used to take months or years to build, configure, and connect now takes just days. Kizen combines powerful pre-built agents and use cases with an enterprise platform for automation and data connection - all built on an AI-first architecture that's easy to adopt, scale, and trust.
We're solving real operational problems and helping the world's most complex organizations work faster, smarter, and more humanely.
Join us in transforming how industries work - one workflow, one agent, and one customer success story at a time.
About the Role
Help turn AI potential into real operational impact.
We are looking for a hands-on Consulting Manager and technical strategist with a history of strong delivery execution and a talent for reimagining the future of work. You excel at deconstructing complex legacy workflows, identifying critical friction points, and collaborating with clients to architect streamlined, AI-driven solutions on our next-gen platform.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime for someone who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As the Consulting Manager you'll be working directly with our Director, Consulting & VP of Consulting to shape client engagements, support selling efforts, and lead delivery of consulting engagements from discovery through execution.
This role is ideal for a strong consultant who enjoys structured problem-solving, client collaboration, and driving measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Discovery & Delivery Execution: Leading discovery phases, facilitating workshops, and configuring workflows and agents directly within the Kizen platform.
  • Platform-Led Solutioning: Translating ambiguous business needs into structured process maps and lightweight prototypes that prove the platform's value early.
  • Outcome Ownership: Moving beyond milestones to focus on real-world metrics-speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption.
  • Documentation & Standardization: Producing high-fidelity artifacts (BRDs, process maps) and contributing to reusable playbooks that scale our delivery excellence.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting roles
  • Sector Expertise: Experience in at least one highly regulated industry-Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.
  • Builder Mentality: Proven ability to redesign complex business processes and translate them into actionable, platform-based configurations.
  • Consulting Rigor: Exceptional ability to lead structured stakeholder discussions and manage client expectations with executive presence.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools, and the ability to understand data architectures and integration patterns.
  • Top-Tier Pedigree: Ideal backgrounds include top-tier strategy or management consultancies (MBB, Big 4) or high-growth technology companies.
Why Kizen
We're a fast-growing company that values innovation, growth, and continuous improvement. By joining Kizen, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company while enjoying a supportive, dynamic, and collaborative workplace. You'll have opportunities for professional development, impact, and career advancement.
What We Offer
  • Career Growth Opportunities
  • Engaging Work Culture
  • Top-Tier Compensation
  • Equity Package
  • Healthcare Coverage
  • Professional Development Stipends
  • PTO
