Job description

JOB SUMMARY
  • Provides leadership and direction for ongoing process improvement, change management through interdisciplinary work across settings, and collaboration with all departments related to the call center and authorization team. Through multi-disciplinary teamwork, promotes quality and integration with other disciplines and services to meet established organizational goals. Coordinates and communicates changes in workflows and process standardizations to improve compliance and operational efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Education
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum Work Experience
    • 3-5 years healthcare management experience, experience with project management
  • Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
    • Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position
