LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona, United States

BASE SALARY - USD $100,000 to $125,000

Our client, a large national construction firm is looking to add a Project Manager with experience in Heavy Civil construction to their team in Phoenix, AZ!
If you're a Heavy Civil Project Manager who thrives on complex infrastructure, strong field teams, and real ownership - this is where you want to be.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Full lifecycle management of heavy civil / heavy highway projects ($10M+)
  • Financial oversight, forecasting, and cost control
  • CPM schedule development and updates (Primavera P6)
  • Change order strategy and negotiations
  • Leadership of Superintendents & Project Engineers
  • Client and stakeholder relationships
  • Risk management and project execution strategy
  • You'll be accountable for delivering projects safely, on schedule, on budget - and with the level of quality the firm is known for.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-7+ years of heavy civil construction experience
  • Leading Projects up to $30 million
  • Experience with box culverts, roadway, paving and underground utilities
  • Strong forecasting and cost control expertise
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
  • Leadership mindset and field credibility
