Customer Care Representative

Customer Care Representative for Athletic Club.

The Role

Prime Time Athletic Club in Burlingame seeks a service-oriented individual who is honest, energetic, polite, enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual to join the team and receive a free membership to one of the Bay Area's premier athletic clubs. This is a Part-Time or Full-Time available for an entry-level position to assist members and create a positive customer service experience for both our members and guests.

Requirements
  • High school or equivalent education level.
  • Stable work history.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
  • Must be available for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday evening shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers whenever necessary.
  • Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
  • Maintaining club to standards.
  • Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
