Job Title: Front of House Manager – Fine Dining
Location: RiverDance Restaurant, 300 The Gorge Dr., Guild, TN 37340

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and passionate Front of House Managers to join our opening team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering five-star service, and leading staff with professionalism and grace in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front of house operations, including dining room, bar, and guest services

  • Lead, coach, and train service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Manage daily floor operations, reservations, and guest flow

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations

  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and solutions-focused thinking

  • Collaborate with back of house leadership to ensure seamless service

  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory as needed

Qualifications:

What we're looking for in a Manager
Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred
Ability to coach and develop Team Members
Strong passion for hospitality and service
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
Working knowledge of local and national health codes
Excellent communication
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
