Job description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Project Manager will be supporting electric distribution design projects.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate will have 2+ years of business support, project coordination, administrative, purchasing, utility, or related experience.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supports projects ranging from large feeder line work to transformer and pole replacement projects.
  • Execute project intake processes.
  • Supports multiple Project Managers within the Design Build organization.
  • Works closely with finance teams, vendors, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Work in SAP, SharePoint, Google Earth, and KPMG.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to establish projects.
  • Prepare project folders and onboarding materials.
  • Onboard vendors and manage permissions.
  • Process POs, PRs, SES invoicing, and invoice approvals.
  • Upload project documentation into SAP.
  • Assist with materials and supply requests.
  • Run reporting and data tracking for leadership.


Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • 2+ years of business support, project coordination, administrative, purchasing, utility, or related experience.
  • Previous project management or project coordination experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and Google Earth.
  • Utility industry experience or electric distribution knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with KPMG is nice to have.
