Job description

Are you passionate about creating great guest experiences and enjoy a fun, energetic environment? Join our team at Dr. Greens, an indoor golf venue where we combine the excitement of virtual golf with food, drinks and hospitality!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet guests and assist them in getting set up at their golf bays

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout their visit

  • Take drink and food orders and serve them promptly

  • Make and serve cocktails, beers and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Call in food orders to our local food vendor or make onsite food offerings (menu includes easy-to-prepare bar foods)

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bays, bar and kitchen

  • Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a customer-first attitude

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous food, bar or hospitality experience a plus

  • Comfortable learning basic kitchen and bar skills if not already experienced

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must

  • SERV safe certification and Tips certification are a must for the position. If you are already certified great! If not, we will assist you in getting certified shortly after hiring.

Dr. Greens is an Indoor Golf facility with seven state of the art Golf Simulators. We have a full bar & moderate kitchen. We also have three Diamond pool tables, ping pong tables, darts, corn hole, and HD TV’s throughout the store. With all the fun going on we need an individual who’s upbeat, focused, positive and customer service driven with the ability to manage time efficiently.
