is looking for a Service Manager to manage the activities of our high-volume service department, meet performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer service is practiced.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the service department operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to achieve their best performance.
  • Manage customer interactions, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with service provided.
  • Analyze service department performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Required: Proven experience in an automotive service management role.
  • Required: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Required: Knowledge of automotive repair processes and service department operations.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
  • Experience with CDK, Reynolds, or similar DMS
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
