  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and records retention policies within financial services.
  • Oversee technical architecture, data flows, and system integrations for document management solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in records management, financial services technology, and.NET development.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a hands-on C#.NET full-stack developer with leadership or management responsibilities.
  • Background in financial services or banking technology environments.
  • Expertise with document capture and management tools (Captiva, Intellistore, Documentum).
  • Strong understanding of records retention, compliance, and security practices.
  • Solid knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

Preferred Qualifications
