Job Summary:
Pioneering Evolution, LLC is seeking a motivated Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to support the development of secure and modular backend services for a mission-focused federal software platform. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, working alongside senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop secure, scalable backend components using .NET Core, aligned with performance and compliance goals.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code maintainability and system reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and data engineering teams to deliver fully integrated software features.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and technical planning discussions to support sprint objectives.
• Document backend logic, service interactions, and data flows to promote traceability and team knowledge.
• Engage in the continuous improvement of engineering practices, with a focus on maintainability and quality.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience using .NET Core and any modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and secure coding standards.
• Familiarity with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
