Job description

Description
We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to serve military families while building a meaningful real estate business with purpose and earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to grow within the military relocation niche, support active duty service members and veterans, and build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service.
You will learn how to navigate military relocation timelines, active duty transfers, and VA-supported purchases with greater clarity and confidence. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will gain exposure to the systems, conversations, and follow-up habits that help military families feel supported during important transitions. The focus is on building trust, improving communication, and learning how to guide clients through a fast-moving process with professionalism and care.
Through structured coaching and real-world experience, you will continue developing stronger follow-up habits, more confident client conversations, and a deeper understanding of military relocation transactions. You will also learn how productive agents stay organized, manage timelines effectively, and create long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals over time.
You will be surrounded by agents who value accountability, preparation, and service. This environment supports long-term growth while helping you continue building confidence and direction within your real estate business.
