Job description

Hiring Now for Full Time Medical Assistant for Innovative Pain Care (IPC)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens
  • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of MA program is preferred but not required
  • Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR)
  • Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually

Job Type: Fart Time

Work Location: In person/onsite, time split between Mount Pleasant and Franklin WI clinics

Travel is required between clinics in Mount Pleasant, Franklin, and Mequon as needed.
