What We Need
Corpay is seeking a data-driven Manager of Pricing & Analytics for our Workforce business in the Lodging division. This high-visibility onsite role is based in our Buckhead, Atlanta office and sits on the Revenue Management team. Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Analytics, this role will directly support the SVP of Revenue Management and work closely with the President of Corpay Lodging to advance pricing strategy, analytics, governance, and reporting that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, customer retention, and expansion across the account portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, cross-functional leadership, and experience applying data-driven strategies in lodging, travel, or B2B services. The role balances strategic pricing decisions with hands-on analysis, executive-ready reporting, and practical tool fluency. Experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and familiarity with Python or similar analytics tools is valuable; expert-level coding is not required.
How We Work
As a manager, you will be expected to work in an office environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:
  • Assigned workspace in the Atlanta, GA office.
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access
  • Formal, hands-on training.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Pricing Strategy and Initiative Planning
  • Defining and maintaining pricing frameworks for Workforce Lodging, including base rates, tiered pricing, volume-based discounts, and rebates.
  • Identifying margin leakage, underperforming rate structures, and opportunities for revenue uplift across customer segments.
  • Using booking history, occupancy trends, customer segmentation, utilization, competitor pricing, rate structures, promotions, contract terms, and other market data to guide pricing decisions and identify risks or gaps.
  • Maintaining a pricing opportunity pipeline and prioritizing initiatives by revenue impact, ease of implementation, and strategic fit.
  • Recommending alternative pricing structures that improve win rates while protecting margin integrity.

Deal Desk and Pricing Governance
  • Managing the deal desk process, including weekly or ad hoc deal review meetings with Sales and Sales Leadership for large, complex, or strategic opportunities.
  • Evaluating deal profitability using contribution margin models, scenario analysis, customer utilization, and retention or account growth considerations.
  • Establishing and reinforcing pricing approval workflows, margin guardrails, and quoting standards that support consistent pricing decisions.

Analytics, Reporting, and Modeling
  • Developing dashboards and executive-level reporting to track pricing performance, win/loss trends, retention, margin impact, and post-change results.
  • Using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and related tools to query, manipulate, visualize, and automate reporting, incorporating internal and external data such as seasonality, market trends, and customer-specific pricing models.
  • Supporting annual planning, quarterly forecasting, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis; summarizing pricing, performance, and market findings for leadership with clear recommendations that balance growth, profitability, and customer retention.

Cross-Functional Partnership and Contract Support
  • Collaborating with Sales, Client Services, Product, Finance, and Legal to align pricing changes, customer communications, and contract terms.
  • Reviewing and redlining pricing-related contract language to ensure alignment with margin thresholds and legal standards.
  • Providing pricing guidance, calculators, templates, and escalation support for quoting, renewals, retention efforts, and negotiations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or Computer Science required; MBA or other advanced business/analytics degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, analytics, or financial analysis, preferably in lodging, travel, or B2B services.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve revenue, margin, operational efficiency, customer retention, and growth within the existing account portfolio.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization.
  • Experience using BI and data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; familiarity with Python or similar analytics tools is a plus, but expert-level coding is not required.
  • Comfort working with large datasets, validating data quality, and synthesizing insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with dashboards, executive-level reporting, KPI tracking, and actionable insight generation.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Client Services, BI, and Data Science.

Benefits & Perks

  • Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)
  • Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide
  • Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time
