Job description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical contracting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, project management, budgeting, scheduling, and leadership. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and manage electrical projects from start to finish.

· Develop project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring cost control and timely completion.

· Oversee the installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.

· Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Lead project teams, including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.

· Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

· Identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring seamless execution.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and change orders.

· Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.

· Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project.

· Participate in bid preparation, estimating, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting and project management.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
