Job description

Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for our products/projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems, components, and products 
  • Create detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams 
  • Perform circuit analysis and calculations Develop and conduct testing procedures for electrical systems 
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions 
  • Write technical documentation and specifications 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers 
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations 
  • Support product development from concept through production 
  • Evaluate and select electrical components and suppliers

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering 
  • Proficiency in circuit design and analysis 
  • Experience with PCB design and layout 
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations 
  • Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Excellent project management abilities 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering 
  • Experience with power electronics and control systems 
  • Knowledge of embedded systems 
  • Familiarity with programming languages (C, C++, Python) 
  • Experience with signal processing and communications 
  • PE license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe

Technical Skills: 

  • Circuit design software (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad) 
  • Simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB) 
  • Test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators) 
  • Microsoft Office Suite
