Job description

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI, machine learning, and software solutions supporting renewable power plant controls.

Lead and develop Technical Product Management teams, fostering innovation and ensuring effective collaboration with engineering, project delivery, sales, and customer success organizations.

Drive the development and deployment of advanced technologies, including cloud platforms, AI/ML models, data science applications, and edge computing solutions for power systems.

Collaborate with utilities, regulators, customers, and other industry stakeholders to understand market requirements.

Provide technical sales support across the U.S. market, including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and RFI/RFP responses.

Requirements
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 18+ years of experience in software development, cloud platforms, AI/ML, data science, and edge computing applications for power systems
  • Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or supporting sales teams in the North American market is a plus
  • Native-level proficiency in English
