Job description

Fountainhead Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support and optimize our digital presence across websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and online marketplaces. Reporting to the Digital & E-Commerce Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate product content, creating engaging digital assets, supporting online marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent customer experiences across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and data-driven, with experience in digital marketing, content management, e-commerce, and online merchandising. This individual will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and E-Commerce teams to support product launches, improve online visibility, and drive customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and optimize website, e-commerce, marketplace, and retailer product content.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring accurate product information, digital assets, and online merchandising across all channels.
  • Create and manage digital content, including product pages, graphics, promotional materials, videos, and social media content.
  • Improve online visibility through SEO best practices and AI-driven search optimization.
  • Coordinate content and engagement across social media platforms and support digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor website, campaign, and e-commerce performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Track online reviews and customer feedback to enhance brand reputation and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and E-Commerce teams to support growth initiatives and customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, content management, or digital merchandising.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, social media, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing technologies.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or industrial industry experience preferred.
