What is a manager drilling fluids supervisor?

Manager Drilling Fluids Supervisors are professionals responsible for overseeing the selection, preparation, and management of drilling fluids (also known as drilling mud) during oil and gas drilling operations. They supervise teams, ensure fluids meet technical requirements, and troubleshoot any issues that arise with fluid performance. Their role is crucial for maintaining wellbore stability, controlling formation pressures, and ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations. They also coordinate with other departments and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
