What You'll Do for Us

1. Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead endtoend financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for theGlobal Digital Networkfunction, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and growth priorities.

  • Establish and optimize processes for budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning within theGlobal Digital Networkorganization.

2. Investment Strategy & Value Creation

  • Partner with seniordigitalleaders to evaluate investment opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives that maximize return on investment and enterprise impact.

  • Develop and implement financial& economicmodels that assess the value of digital transformation efforts, including cloud adoption, platform modernization, and artificial intelligence initiatives, as well as system fundingand relationship models.

3. Financial Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Drive transparency and accountability indigitalspend, including operating expenses and capital investments, through robust financial governance and reporting frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements relatedfordigitalinvestments and spending.

4. Cost Management & Operational Efficiency

  • Lead cost optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining service quality and innovation capacity.

5. Strategic Business Partnership & Insights

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing financial, operational, anddigitalperformance data.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally, centrally and with OUs,with Procurement, Strategy,Enterprise Services,and other Finance teams to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and financial risks associated withdigitalservices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with significant experience supporting information technology, digital, or transformation functions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, capital investment evaluation,economicand funding model creation & evaluation,and cost management within a technology environment.

  • Strong understanding of technology cost drivers, including infrastructure, cloud services, software, and digital platforms.

  • Advanced data literacy, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and leverage analytics tools to drive insights and decisionmaking.

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and digital technologies, including their financial implications and value measurement.

  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
