As a firm on a path of aggressive growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work directly with the Owner and Attorneys to originate new business, build strategic partnerships, and drive measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities
This Business Development Manager will be responsible for important work, including:
• Driving new business development by building and maintaining relationships with realtors, lenders, brokers, investors, and business owners
• Developing and executing a strategic growth plan for both the real estate and business law divisions
• Identifying, pursuing, and converting new referral sources and partnership opportunities
• Managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads to consistently generate new matters for the firm
• Representing the firm at networking events, industry functions, and community engagements
• Collaborating directly with the Owner and Attorneys to align business development efforts with firm goals
• Tracking and reporting on KPIs, revenue growth, and business development activity

• Proactively identifying opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
