The Business Development Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business. Responsibilities: - Define business development strategy, lead key initiatives, and build sustainable seller eco-system through Mass Acquisition & Incubation in Electronics, Books, Hardlines & Virtual Goods category. - Build and manage a strong seller pipeline by identifying opportunities with Category leadership, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into productive sellers on TikTok Shop. - Develop and manage partner relationships that support market outreach, lead generation, and seller growth objectives. - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, drive seller GMV growth and improve adoption of livestream, affiliate and shoptab etc. - Track pipeline and acquisition performance, surface actionable insights, and work cross-functionally to improve seller conversion and activation quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - 3+ years experience in business development, seller acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales for retailer, or e-commerce platform - Experience managing a scalable process to meet business target, and the analytical and problem-solving ability to improve the process to support business growth - Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward. Preferred Qualification(s): - Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change. - Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
