The Store Manager anager drives the sales strategy by hiring, training, and coaching the team daily to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

Responsibilities: 

  • Hire, train, and supervise employees like Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists in customer service, sales, and quality of service. 
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team through daily coaching. 
  • Develop and foster an inspiring high-performance culture where people love to come to work. 
  • Build the business through effective scheduling.
  • Proactively de-escalate any unsatisfied issues and train the team on opportunities.
  • Assess business analytics and drive key performance metrics through action planning and leveraging team strengths.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as payroll and inventory in a timely manner and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
  • Additional management duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week, this is a full-time position.
  • Management experience in a sale and/or the beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, task management, and delegation skills
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting. 
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and proposed solutions,
  • Ability to drive results through others.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with POS
