  • Track pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and sales performance while holding yourself accountable to ambitious growth goals.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for market growth.

  • Continuously improve your outreach, presentation, and closing techniques to maximize results.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, outside sales, real estate sales, account management, or a similar relationship-driven sales role.

  • Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close deals.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Competitive mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

  • Comfortable networking, attending community events, and building referral partnerships.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Charleston market.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, property management, luxury real estate, or residential real estate.

  • Existing relationships within the Charleston luxury real estate or vacation rental community.

  • Experience presenting proposals and negotiating service agreements.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and managing an active sales pipeline.
