Manager Dermani Medspa Jobs (NOW HIRING)

dermani MEDSPA® is seeking a Clinic Director/Medspa Manager for our Athens location.

Candidates for this position must be 1. A licensed esthetician in the state of Georgia & 2. A licensed laser practitioner in the State of Georgia or willing to get it within 60 days.

Previous Medspa/clinic management experience is preferred.

Any practice of medicine performed at this office will be supervised and directed by our Medical Doctor and excluded from the scope of this job.

Job duties will include, but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of this office, including the management of staff and the facility in general.

2. Carrying a full client caseload to perform the duties of an esthetician and laser practitioner.

3. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

4. Investigate and resolve all complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied clients into return clients.

5. Ensure all services are rendered in accordance with Dermani Medspa policies, procedures, and protocols.

6. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, supervising, developing, and, when necessary termination of employees.
