Job description

WEBTOON Entertainment is a leading global entertainment company and home to some of the world's largest storytelling platforms. As the global leader and pioneer of the mobile webcomic format, WEBTOON Entertainment has transformed comics and visual storytelling for fans and creators.

With its CANVAS UGC platform empowering anyone to become a creator, and a growing roster of superstar WEBTOON Originals creators and series, WEBTOON Entertainment’s passionate fandoms are the new face of pop culture. WEBTOON Entertainment adaptations are available on Netflix, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, and other screens around the world, and the company’s content partners include Discord, HYBE, and DC Comics, among many others.

WEBTOON is becoming the home for Marvel and Disney comics — a new subscription app where fans read, collect, and stay connected to the stories and characters they love. We're building the definitive destination for Marvel/Disney IP, and we're looking for a Project Manager to keep it on track. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is the connective tissue across the team — owning schedules, driving deliverables to completion, and making sure the right work is approved by the  right people at the right time. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable being hands-on in a lean, fast-moving environment.

It's an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing order to ambiguity, enjoys keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and is passionate about entertainment, fandom, and culture.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain project schedules across marketing, creative, and partner workstreams — tracking milestones, dependencies, and deadlines, and flagging risks before they become problems.

  • Route creative and marketing assets through review and approval — coordinating feedback across internal stakeholders and Marvel/Disney partners, and tracking versions and sign-offs.

  • Drive deliverables to completion, holding internal teams, agencies, and partners accountable to timelines and keeping every workstream moving.

  • Run the operating rhythm of the team — organizing meetings, capturing action items, and following up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across the team, staying on top of who owes what and proactively unblocking work as launch priorities shift.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within entertainment, media, or a marketing/creative environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive accountability and influence teams without direct authority.

  • Experience coordinating asset review and approval processes across internal teams and external partners.

  • Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar).

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a dynamic work environment.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is a plus.

Salary Range and Description
$90,000 - $120,000 / annually
Please note, the above range is listed in USD.
With approximately 155 million monthly active users, WEBTOON Entertainment’s IP & Creator Ecosystem of aligned brands and platforms include WEBTOON, Wattpad--the world’s leading webnovel platform--WEBTOON Productions, Studio N, Studio LICO, WEBTOON Unscrolled, LINE MANGA, and eBookJapan, among others.

Join us and work with some of the biggest artists, IP, and fandoms in comics!
