About the Role
Indotronix is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Sterling Heights, MI. In this pivotal role, you will drive enterprise digitalization initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining state-of-the-art data infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support business transformation. Responsibilities
  • Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines, databases, and data warehouses across cloud and on-premise platforms
  • Collect, cleanse, and transform complex data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and quality
  • Develop interactive dashboards and robust reporting solutions using Power BI and other data visualization tools
  • Enhance data performance, scalability, and security through continuous monitoring and server troubleshooting
  • Support data integration and configuration control, documenting data architecture and processes
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices in data management and governance

Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with data infrastructure, data pipelines, and data transformation
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, AWS/AWS Redshift, Oracle, SSAS, Dataiku, Alation
