Miraval Austin is seeking passionate Integrative Wellbeing Specialists to create exceptional, transformative experiences through lectures, workshops, private sessions, and group offerings across a variety of disciplines.
We're looking for individuals who have deeply invested in their craft - those who have dedicated significant time to studying, practicing, and teaching within their modality. Areas of expertise may include (but are not limited to):
  • Creative expression such as art, music, or movement
  • Nature-based healing using plants, herbs, and flowers (Eastern or Western traditions)
  • Spiritual practices and energy work, including crystal healing, five-element theory, Akashic records, or multidimensional healing

Essential Functions
Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, classes, and private sessions for guests
Provide one-on-one consultations on lifestyle and wellbeing topics
Develop and evolve curriculum based on research, trends, and guest needs
Maintain materials and manage class attendance and scheduling balance
Facilitate meaningful group experiences with strong communication and presence
Collaborate with team members and support resort-wide initiatives
Respond thoughtfully and empathetically to a wide range of guest needs
Contribute to marketing efforts (articles, blogs, content requests)
Participate in team and department meetings
Expectations
Strong knowledge of health and wellness practices and resources
Ability to connect with guests in an authentic, empathetic way
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Commitment to practicing and modeling mindfulness
Proactive team communication and collaboration
Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and open to working on holidays
Must reside in the Austin, TX area
