ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 1991 and is a well-established team of nine with a long history of success. I bring a diverse background including experience in government, the medical field, and insurance prior to opening the agency. Throughout my career, I've consistently been a top performer, ranking in the top 10% of the company and earning many of State Farm's top awards.
I hold a Master of Science in Management from Florida International University and have been married for 36 years. I take pride in both my professional accomplishments and the strong relationships I've built over time.
We stay involved in the community by supporting organizations such as the Miami Rescue Mission and the Cuban Catholic Church.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ileana Cabrera-Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
