Within the Loan Operations environment, this team interacts with internal partners to ensure all loans provided to them have correct information and are in compliance with UMB loan regulatory guidelines. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, the Loan Operations team provides loan support and loan decisions to their internal partners.The Consumer Loan Document Processor II has a specific and impactful function for our clients and UMB to ensure accurate loan requests are processed and completed. The Loan Operations teams are subject matter experts that ensure all information is compliant for UMB loan guidelines.As a Consumer Loan Document Processor II, you will be responsible for supporting UMB’s Loan Coordinators with any and all preparation of consumer and real estate loan documentation. While partnering with the Loan Coordinators, you will ensure loan types conform to lending policy and regulatory guidelines. This position assists with obtaining specific information required to complete all loan files. You will be the subject matter expert for loan operations as you reply to inquires and resolve problems for the team. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs.
