AI Innovation, Translation & Deployment (InsideOut)

  • Oversee development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML/DL solutions in partnership with clinical, research, and IT teams
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with regulatory and ethical standards
  • Bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into practical applications
  • Promote best practices in MLOps, model monitoring, and responsible AI

  • Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI/ML/DL solutions in real‑world environments (not limited to research)
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives
  • Certification or experience in human‑centered design
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, personnel, and organizational operations
  • Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences
