We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of excellence, and are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the operations at one of our thriving Erie area locations. Job Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will assume full responsibility for daily operations and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ultimate leadership, direction, and training to all management and hourly team members through coaching, counseling, and consistent performance feedback.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating the staff to ensure excellence in execution and maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Overseeing all food and beverage operations for the restaurant and our specialty bar area.
  • Directing financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control initiatives, specifically managing food, beverage, and labor targets.
  • Analyzing financial reports and operational metrics to identify and execute on opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Overseeing the procurement of produce, seafood, main food orders, wine, liquor, and beer, ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Directing the bi-weekly inventory process in collaboration with your management team.
  • Managing labor allocation and scheduling to maintain proper staffing levels while achieving labor metrics.
  • Spearheading recruitment, interviewing, and hiring efforts to build bench strength and maintain a high-performing staff.
  • Driving community involvement, local store marketing, and guest engagement initiatives to elevate brand presence in the Erie market.


Job Qualifications

To be successful as the General Manager, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience in a General Manager or senior leadership position.
  • Warm, passionate, and deeply committed to the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of effectively coaching and developing successful teams.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure.
  • Self-actualized, motivated, and self-disciplined with a well-maintained professional appearance.
  • Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
  • Ability to reach, bend, push, and pull items for up to 10 hours each day.
  • Able to use fingers, hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively for up to 6 hours each day.
  • Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for multiple hours in length.
  • Must have a sense of balance, and be able to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds.
