We are hiring aRegistered Nurse (RN)for aHome Healthposition providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Jackson County, MO, Johnson County, KS, and surrounding areas. This position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment! To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing & meet performance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired!

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
  • Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning
  • Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for
  • Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
  • Work independently, but never alone
  • Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
