Senior Construction Project Manager - Concrete

Location: Phoenix, AZ

How you'll spend your time as a Senior Construction Project Manager - Concrete:

  • Lead execution of complex, high-risk, or high-revenue projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior estimators and project managers.
  • Establish project strategy, staffing plans, and execution approach in collaboration with operations leadership.

Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Senior Construction Project Manager - Concrete:

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with heavy civil, commercial, and industrial concrete.
  • Experience leading complex, high-value concrete projects end-to-end.
  • Proven track record of owning financial performance, change orders, and contract strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large or complex commercial concrete projects.
  • Strong financial management and forecasting experience.
  • Experience mentoring or leading project teams.
  • Knowledge of estimating processes and budget development.
  • Experience with Computer Ease or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification required or ability to obtain.
  • Proficiency in ProContractor software is preferred.
