We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Position Overview:
Alpine Country Club is seeking dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality food and contributing to an exceptional country club dining experience. Our kitchen operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on consistency, creativity, and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute menu items to Alpine Country Club standards
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and team members during service
  • Assist with prep work, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards

Qualifications:
  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-volume environment
