You’re a CNC operator looking for a prosperous and stable place to call your own – a place that treats you with respect, lets you learn, and makes an in demand product that you can be proud of.   We’re Fruitland Manufacturing (http://www.fruitlandmanufacturing.com/Home) , a vacuum pump manufacturer specializing in truck and trailer mounted vacuum pumps and systems. Our vacuum pumps can be found in agriculture, waste management, oil and gas, and many other industries.  We’re growing, and that means we need a new long-term CNC operator / machinist CNC Operator / Machinist Your main responsibility will be to operate our CNC horizontal and multi-axis turning centres. This will require your sharp focus and attention to detail.  You will understand some basic CNC programming, ensure the adequacy and completion of the fixtures for each job, organize tooling requirements for each component and job, understand programming issues and CNC fault codes.  You’ll excel in this position if you:  * Work well in a team – collaborating, sharing ideas, insights and questions with all levels of management and staff comes naturally to you. * Are resourceful – you know there’s more than one way to get the best result; if the first way didn’t work, you keep going. * Strive for positive change – you find every opportunity to make the workplace a better environment, no matter how miniscule the change.  Working at Fruitland Manufacturing  We’re known for honest customer support and superior quality goods and services.
